By booking with Nivana Homes, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid within the required timeframe depending on the type of stay. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy. Guests are advised to review the policy carefully before booking.

3. Check-in & Refunds

Check-in and check-out times will be communicated prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

4. Occupations Rules

Only the number of guests stated in the booking are permitted. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in penalties or termination of the stay.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Any illegal activity, violence, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

6. Damages & Security Deposit

Guests are responsible for any damages or losses during their stay. A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection, provided no damages or violations occur.

7. Utilities

Electricity and utilities are provided under a fair usage policy. Excess consumption may be charged separately where applicable.

8. Liability 

Nivana Homes is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.

9. Agreement

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and associated policies.
