Nivana Homes Refund Policy
At Nivana Homes, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all bookings. This Refund Policy outlines when refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Non-Refundable Deposit
A 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under all circumstances, as it secures your reservation and blocks the dates.
2. Standard Bookings
Full Refund:
Guests may receive a full refund if cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking, provided the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

During high-demand periods (including Valentine’s, Easter, Christmas, December holidays, New Year, Independence holidays, and long weekends):
